OSBYTE &02 (2) - Specify Input Stream (exits with X=b0 of old value)

   X=0 Use the keyboard for input
   X=1 Use the serial circuit for input
   X=2 Use the keyboard for input, but listen to the serial port too
       such that bytes are accepted and simply buffered for later 
       inspection
