OSBYTE &7E (126) - Acknowledge ESCAPE Condition

   This call tries to clear any ESCAPE condition, and (if enabled with
   OSByte 230) appropriate side effects.
   On exit X=255 successfully cleared condition
           X=0   the ESCAPE condition was not cleared (or no ESCAPE condition)
